Hi, I’m Majet, RDH, RDA, and I’m not your typical Account Executive.

Before stepping into my role with Patterson Dental, I spent over a decade in the trenches of dentistry working clinically as both a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), while also leading operations as an Office Manager and Practice Operations Director for multiple practices.

​

Translation? I don’t just understand dentistry, I’ve lived every side of it.

​

I know what it’s like to run behind on a schedule, manage overhead, present treatment, motivate a team, deal with insurance frustrations, and still create an exceptional patient experience. I understand the clinical flow and the business strategy, and that combination is exactly what makes me a different kind of partner to the practices I serve.

Now, as an Account Executive, I bring that real-world experience directly to my clients. I’m here to help you run a smarter, more efficient, more profitable practice. From optimizing workflows and technology to elevating patient experience and team performance, I approach every relationship like I’m part of your team… because that’s exactly how I operate.

I also serve as an OSHA/HIPAA Compliance Officer and trainer, which means I help practices stay not only successful but protected, compliant, and confidently prepared.

Beyond my day-to-day work, I’m deeply involved in the dental community. I’ve served as Vice President of the Texas Dental Hygienists’ Association in Austin and the Central Texas Dental Office Managers Association, where I’m passionate about elevating the profession and supporting dental teams at every level.

At the end of the day, I bring strategy, structure, and a little bit of sparkle to everything I do. I believe dentistry should run efficiently, feel empowering, and still have room for personality, and I pride myself on being the kind of partner who makes that happen.
